- As a member of the PAS team focused on HR and business performance, you will join a talented group of professionals that help support the design and implementation of compensation and benefits plans and benchmarking, manage people risks, support change efforts to help organizations to successfully transition to a future state, and advise organizations on a range of challenges associated with Total Rewards.

- Provide timely and high-quality services and work products that exceed client expectations.
- Collaborate with client counterparts to understand project requirements and ensure objectives align with strategic business goals
- Communicate client expectations to EY team and suggest ideas, roadmap accordingly
- Assume ownership for project deliverables and seek clarity from client whenever required
- Assist EY PAS team with successful delivery of projects for clients Skills and attributes for success
- Excellent managerial, organizational, analytical and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional services environment Ideally you'll also have
- Strong verbal and written communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills.

Qualification
- Master of Business Administration
- PG Diploma in Human Resource Management
- Bachelor of Business Administration
- Bachelor of Commerce
- 2 to 5 years of experience post MBA in HR role (compensation and benefits, rewards consulting, compensation benchmarking, performance management etc.)
