This role will focus on managing hiring data, recruitment analytics, workforce planning, and optimizing talent acquisition performance across clinical, non-clinical, and revenue cycle roles.Key ResponsibilitiesUS Healthcare Recruitment StrategyLead end-to-end recruitment strategy for US Healthcare hiring in India (RCM, Medical Coding, Billing, AR, Providers, Clinical & Non-clinical roles)Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring demand and workforce plansDrive scalable hiring models for volume and specialized healthcare rolesHiring Data & AnalyticsOwn recruitment data, dashboards, and MIS reporting for healthcare hiringTrack and analyze key metrics: time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, funnel conversion, offer-to-join ratio, and attritionBuild predictive hiring and workforce analytics modelsEnsure data integrity across ATS, HRMS, and reporting systems’Process Optimization & GovernanceUse data insights to improve sourcing efficiency, recruiter productivity, and hiring outcomesStandardize recruitment processes and KPIs across healthcare programsEnsure compliance with healthcare hiring standards and data privacy normsStakeholder & Vendor ManagementCollaborate with HR, operations, and leadership teamsManage recruitment vendors and staffing partners for US Healthcare hiringPresent hiring analytics and insights to senior leadershipRequired Skills & Experience8–12 years of experience in US Healthcare recruitmentStrong expertise in recruitment data, analytics, and MIS reportingHands-on experience with ATS, HRMS, and hiring dashboardsDeep understanding of US Healthcare talent market and compliance requirementsStrong analytical, communication, and leadership skillsPreferred QualificationsMBA / PGDM in HR, Analytics, or Healthcare ManagementExperience in Healthcare BPO / KPO / RCM organizationsExposure to Power BI, Tableau, or advanced ExcelPowered by JazzHR
