- Author, document, and maintain detailed demo scenarios, scripts, and storyboards tailored to workflows (claims, enrollment, eligibility, pharmacy, provider).
- Curate and validate synthetic demo data.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure all scenarios reflect actual product capabilities and value.
- Define talk tracks, metrics for demo success, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead or co-lead client demos, gathering feedback, and iterating scenarios/templates accordingly.
- Train Sales and Product teams on demo delivery and scenario alignment to business requirements.
- Capture post-demo feedback and contribute to knowledge and template updates.
- Over all experience should be minimum 14+ years.
- Experience in healthcare product management/consulting.
- Deep understanding of claims adjudication, provider, or PBM processes.
- Exceptional communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with SaaS or demo environments is a plus.
