We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Analyst to support our sales team by streamlining processes, analyzing sales performance, and enabling data-driven decision-making. This role is critical in improving sales productivity and ensuring alignment between sales strategies and execution.Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key sales metrics (e.g., pipeline health, win rates, conversion, quota attainment) to provide actionable insights.
- CRM Management: Maintain and optimize the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure data accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and user adoption.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Support revenue forecasting and develop dashboards/reports for senior leadership and sales managers.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and recommend improvements to drive efficiency and scalability.
- Incentive Management: Assist in designing and administering sales incentive programs, tracking performance against targets.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure operational alignment.
- Territory & Quota Management: Help define sales territories, assign quotas, and manage changes over time.
- Tool Evaluation & Support: Recommend and help implement tools and technologies to support sales productivity and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or a similar role.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret large datasets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset.
- Experience working in SaaS / B2B / Tech environments.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies
- Exposure to revenue operations (RevOps) framework
