- Collaborate with the Manager, Restaurant Digital Engagement to assess the effectiveness and suitability of existing Employee Experience & Engagement tools, leveraging employee engagement data insights to recommend enhancements or replacements as needed
- Oversee the ongoing management of collaboration and engagement tools, ensuring Restaurant Employees are actively engaged and informed of new GP program initiatives
- Manage collaboration and engagement tools, ensuring Restaurant Employees are actively engaged and informed of new GP program initiatives
- Execute change management strategies to facilitate the successful adoption of new employee engagement and experience platforms
- Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, data models, and process maps for Restaurant Employee engagement tools
- Serve as a subject matter expert for employee engagement tools, helping to ensure Restaurant Employee Engagement tools comply with regulatory requirements and maintain data security and privacy standards
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Experience working in Human Resources, Employee Experience, or Restaurant Digital Engagement
- Experience operating in large, multi-national corporations in a highly matrixed, complex structure
- Experience working across many countries and cultures
- Understands the needs and challenges of global leaders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Knowledge of learning & development trends, regulations, and best practices
- English Proficiency (written and verbal IRL Level 4)
- Extensive experience collaborating with and leading global teams across various regions
- Expert in driving cross-functional initiatives, ensuring organizational objectives are met seamlessly
- Demonstrated ability to operate as a people manager, leading diverse, complex teams, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
