- Manage team of NRI RM & RO in the Zone
- Recruit/ Retain NRI RM & RO
- Track NRI FOS resource Productivity, develop KRAs
- Engagement with specific segments – Sea-farer/ Corporate Salary/ Chartered Accounts/ Offshore & Local NRI specific events
- Drive reference to BOC channel for customers who are not in the country
- Work on NRI CASA build up, FX remittance & product penetration from existing customers
- Ensure product & process training/ percolation to NRI FOS and Branch teams of Zone.
- Ensure quality of sourcing/ FTNR/ KYC quality
- Managing customer centric operations & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms
- Evaluate the growth strategy based on competitor analysis and feedback from different channels/customers
- Recommend process changes in order to improve service efficiency and quality across the branch network
- Facilitate a customer centric branch channel and achieve/exceed the defined NPS targets
- Monitor the branch network expansion as per the defined business plan
- Attract and retain best-in-class talent for key roles in their reporting structure
- Monitor key parameters on employee productivity, hiring quality and attrition rates and make necessary improvements
- Enable teams to drive growth targets by providing necessary support
