Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Job Reference: #LI-JC1About the RoleThe job title is Forward Deployment Engineer and we are looking for an engineer who enjoys solving practical problems through scripting, automating repetitive workflows, and improving data quality workflows. This role focuses on building internal tools, connecting systems, and improving operational workflows that reduce manual effort and scale data processing and management workflows. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow their engineering skills in a fast-moving, applied AI environment - you'll spend most of your time writing code and solving problems that directly impact team efficiency. \nWhat You'll Do

Build and maintain automation scripts and internal lightweight tools to support operations teams.
Develop, troubleshoot and optimize enterprise integrations to ensure seamless data exchange.
Implement programmatic quality checks to improve data consistency and accuracy.
Support the rollout of technical solutions by documenting, and iterating based on feedback.
Build and support integrations between internal systems and third-party tools
Maintain and improve existing workflows as the teams needs evolve.

What We Are Looking For

Proficiency in at least one scripting or general-purpose language. Preferably in Python and/or JavaScript
Strong problem-solving instincts and attention to detail.
Basic understanding of JSON, APIs and webhooks.
Experience with AWS and other cloud platforms.
Curious and self-driven, with a strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges.
Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate efficiently with other engineering teams.

Requirements

3+ years of engineering or technical experience (internships and projects count).
Bachelor's degree with an engineering or analytics focused field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics) or equivalent work experience.
Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Python, Javascript, C#)
Curiosity about AI/ML technologies and a drive to keep learning.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React) is a plus.
Familiarity with AI-coding technologies (Cursor, ClaudCode, etc.) is a plus.
