RF Network Planning & Deployment Engineer

• Plan RF coverage & capacity for LTE / 5G (Sub-6 GHz) networks

• Perform link budget, propagation modelling, and interference analysis

• Design small cell deployments (indoor/outdoor)

• Conduct site surveys, installation, and commissioning

• Execute drive tests / walk tests and optimize network performance

• Analyses KPIs (RSRP, RSRQ, SINR, throughput) and improve coverage

• Prepare RF design, deployment, and optimization reports

• Collaborate with customers, government agencies, and internal teams

• Experience in RF planning & deployment (LTE/5G)

• Proficiency in tools like Atoll / Asset / Planet

• Strong knowledge of 3GPP technologies (LTE, NR, NB-IoT)

• Hands-on with drive test tools (TEMS, NEMO)

• Expertise in link budget & propagation models (COST-231, ITU-R)

• Good understanding of antenna systems (MIMO, beam forming)

• Experience in private 5G / enterprise networks

• Knowledge of back haul (microwave, fiber, mmWave)

• Exposure to network synchronization (PTP, GPS)

• Familiarity with O-RAN architecture

• Basic scripting (Python / MATLAB)

• Work on next-gen 5G & smart city deployments

• Exposure to India government & large-scale network projects
