- Marketing Automation:
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of marketing automation tool (Pardot Advanced) including landing pages, email campaigns, forms, events, webinars, segmentation lists and data mapping.
- Design, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns, nurturing programs, and customer journeys. Identify trends and opportunities for improved open, click-through and conversion rates also monitoring email deliverability.
- Manage and maintain automation rules, segment and target audiences with dynamic lists, and provide data insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Track, analyze and report on campaign performance and lead scoring model and provide actionable recommendations for improvement to improve ROI.
- Create dashboards and reports for easy campaign analysis and ROI evaluation.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain various integration points with other marketing technology platforms.
- CRM Management:
- Manage lead upload and overall database. Conduct regular data audits to ensure data quality and accuracy.
- Support move from D365 to Salesforce. Set up integration between Salesforce and Pardot.
- Administer and optimize the Salesforce CRM platform.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics.
- Provide training and ongoing support to users of Salesforce and Pardot.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Pardot and Salesforce supporting the Digital Marketing team with campaign creation, optimization and analysis, Showcase best practices regularly report campaign performance based on data insights.
- Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot issues and implement system enhancements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to Salesforce and marketing automation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8 - 10 years of experience in the field of Marketing Automation and Salesforce
- Expert understanding of Pardot Marketing Automation to support data transfer, field mapping and to make customizations as per requirement.
- Strong technical skills and experience in building effective marketing automation campaigns including e-mail marketing and nurturing campaigns with dynamic content.
- Must be a competent HTML/CSS developer. Develop and maintain responsive email and landing page templates. Troubleshoot technical issues related to HTML templates, list segmentation, and other aspects of email execution.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Be detail oriented and able to identify and resolve issues.
- Data-driven with highly analytical approach to measuring success through set KPIs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Salesforce Administrator certification and/or Pardot certifications are a plus
- Ability to work both as part of a team and independently with minimal direction on a global level.
- PowerBI proficiency to expert level a clear advantage for impactful data visualization
