- Interpret architectural, structural, and shop drawings to guide installation partners.
- Coordinate with contractors, internal teams, and clients to ensure smooth installation execution.
- Monitor installation progress, manage site challenges, and escalate issues where required.
- Perform quality checks, compliance verification, and ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Prepare daily/weekly site reports and update project status to reporting managers.
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover of completed projects.
- Ensure method statements, material delivery logs, and safety compliance documents are accurate and up to date.
- Ensure proper documentation for all project-related activities.
- Attend coordination meetings with architects, main contractors, suppliers, and clients.
- Carry out AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract): Perform preventive maintenance, routine inspections, and health checks for systems under AMC.
- Respond to service calls, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely restoration of system functionality.
- Coordinate with service teams and clients to close service tickets within defined timelines.
