- As Sales Specialist you will join the DC CAI architecture sales team in India to manage some of the largest account.
- Your primary focus will be to drive growth of CAI in the Enterprise Segment & create thought with customers and partners in India to drive multi-cloud portfolio.
- In this capacity you will have to collaborate with the global, APJ regional teams as well as work closely with the India sales and partner teams.
- Define, develop, and manage the go-to-market and sales strategy for the Cisco CAI Multi-Cloud portfolio,
- HyperFlex (HX)
- Cisco Networking & ACI
- Cloud Management, Orchestration Software & Analytics Ensure alignment with Cisco’s broader business goals and financial targets.
- Partner closely with internal teams—including product sales specialists, regional sales, and account teams—to ensure successful strategy implementation and field execution.
- Partner Ecosystem Development
- Build and enable a strong partner ecosystem
- Collaborating with existing partners and identifying new partner types aligned with emerging customer needs.
- Driving joint go-to-market initiatives and partner enablement programs.
- Engage directly with key Indian customers to position Cisco as the preferred technology partner for their cloud and digital transformation initiatives.
- Champion a customer-first mindset to tailor solutions and drive adoption.
- Anticipate market trends, customer requirements, and competitive dynamics to shape the future pipeline and evolve the sales strategy accordingly.
- 12+ years of DC solutions experience in an IT sales organization that includes selling products such as servers, hyper converged solutions, DC Networking products, Cloud technologies, DC Software etc.
- Experience in building a business around Cloud solutions & Data center switching portfolio
- Positive relationships with SIs & Customers in India
- In depth understanding of DC Trends and evolution strategic mindset with a proven ability to drive sales initiatives in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, software-defined networking, and cloud management platforms.
- Experience working in or with the Indian enterprise technology market.
- Ability to influence across organizational boundaries and at executive levels.
