The Engineering Manager for the Structures Group will lead a team of engineers in the
design, analysis, and testing of structural components for our launch vehicles and other
structures. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and managerial skills to
drive projects from conception through to execution, ensuring high standards of quality
and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of structural engineers, fostering a
- Project Management: Oversee project timelines and resource allocation to
- Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance in the design and analysis of
practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including propulsion,
systems.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical
- Experience: 12-15 years of experience in aerospace structures engineering, with
