- Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by sharing several internal MIS on daily basis.
- Hourly Report
- Helping the sales team to improve their Daily Booking by publishing Hourly Booking Report internally on daily basis
- RM mapping
- Helping the sales team in their branch mapping by coordinating with Pvt Banc Central Team and sharing Branch Mapping and Goal Sheet Mapping MIS on Monthly basis
- Sales Co-ordination:
- Able to understand and predict sales trends and sales results while helping in the understanding of these trends and finding improvement points.
- Able to determine the success of a previous sales drive and forecast as well as determine how future ones will fare.
- Helping the sales team by publishing MIS on PDA as Renewals
- Sales Analytics:
- Resolve operational issues faced by the partners to ensure smooth experience while working with BAGIC
- Provide support for cancellation requests, policy endorsements; process & track such requests in coordination with internal ops team; Ensure ease of process & approvals for partners by coordinating with internal Ops team
- Service Orientation
- Should have strong professional conversation etiquette, especially in person and over the phone when interacting with company representatives, clients and customers.

- Should have strong professional MIS skill to prepare and present data for internal meeting whenever required
