- Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, and other materials for executive meetings and engagements.
- Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making and strategic initiatives
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives.
- Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to gather data and insights for strategic analysis.
- Help prioritize projects and allocate resources effectively to meet strategic objectives.
- Monitor progress on strategic goals and provide regular updates to executives.
- Oversee and coordinate projects on behalf of the executive team, ensuring timely completion and alignment with strategic priorities.
- Track project milestones, budgets, and deliverables, providing status reports as needed.
- Anticipate potential risks and proactively address issues to keep projects on track
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders maintaining professional and diplomatic communication.
- Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of executives.
- Facilitate communication within the executive team and across departments to ensure alignment on key initiatives.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding executive decisions, discussions, and proprietary information.
- Exercise judgment and tact in all communications and interactions
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience 10 years as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior executives.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Discretion and confidentiality are paramount.
- Experience in strategic planning, project management, or business analysis is a plus.
