Job Details:Designation: Field Sales Manager Notice Period :- Only people who can buy out or negotiate to join in 15 days- This is a purely chemist channel-focused role with no involvement in doctor visits, clinic calls, or hospital visits. - Candidates must be comfortable working exclusively through the chemist channel. Job Location:Hyderabad , Vijayawada, Vadodara , Chennai Role Objective:Total Experience: Minimum 4+ years of OTC/ Consumer Healthcare/FMCG sales- Experience with reputed FMCG/HC companies- Proven success as ASM of continually surpassing sales targets- Prior exposure & familiarity with relevant HQ as ASM/SO and adjacent areas is preferred- Strong foundation in sales operations with a proven track record in direct sales- Expertise in managing stockists, distributor and frontline sales team.- Demonstrate skills in detailing, selling and merchandizing- Computer literacy and efficiency to report online and analyze reports- Constant market working drive and high motivational levels- Excellent market relationship management- Constant drive and high motivational levels- Should be open to relocation across the country- Excellent interpersonal & stakeholder management skills Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and guide Sales Officers (SOs) in the area, driving primary & secondary sales targets, activation & assigned tasks for the region- Effective Pharma Rx products detailing to chemist outlets.- Achieve primary sales targets- Achieve secondary sales targets- Ensure targeted brandwise coverage and penetration- Implement & monitor trade activations & schemes- Focus on Frontline rep training and development of team- Develop and maintain healthy trade relations- Undergo brand-level focused training and development, guide SOs to formulate an effective detailing strategy- Foster a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous learning- Conduct Bottom-up sales forecasting & planning.- Timely processing and forwarding the claims- Ensuring timely and accurate reporting of sales & market activities- Liaison with HQ for any query resolution from field SOs- Maintaining high standards of Market Hygiene- Monitoring stock holding at distributor level to ensure freshness of stocks- Use Point Of Sales material at chemist outlet level every day.- Effectively carry out market survey and/or any other assigned activities in market.- Manage end-to-end loyalty program/CRM in the market and relay feedback to managers- Implement BTL activities & Utilize trade scheme.- Train and mentor SOs ensuring holistic growth & developmentEligibility Criteria:Age Limit: Up to 38 yearsEducation: Graduate in any disciplineSkills: Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal and leadership qualitiesExperience : Minimum 3-5 years of experience in OTC (Over-the-Counter) or OTX (Over-the-Counter + Prescription) product salesIndustry Preference : Candidates with a proven track record from leading OTC/OTX companies are preferred.
