We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Assistant Vice President (Sr. AVP) to join our Digital Consulting team at EXL. The ideal candidate will bring over 10+years of cross-functional expertise in digital strategy, consulting, and transformation across BFSI and F&A domains. This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in delivering digital solutions, managing global consulting engagements, and driving enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead digital consulting engagements for Fortune 100 clients, focusing on transformation strategy, product development, and process optimization.
- Drive implementation of low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Appian, Power Apps) and intelligent automation solutions (e.g., RPA, Gen AI, Microsoft Co-Pilot).
- Develop business cases, perform gap analysis, and lead requirement management and stakeholder engagement.
- Spearhead GTM strategies for emerging technologies including Generative AI and advanced analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define operating models, streamline reporting (e.g., Power BI dashboards), and deliver measurable business impact.
- Manage global delivery teams and ensure alignment with client expectations and transformation goals.
- B.Tech in Computer Science and MBA in Finance & Analytics.
- Proven track record in digital transformation, consulting, and program management.
- Certified in Generative AI Solution Architecture, RPA Program Management, Agile/Scrum.
- Strong expertise in F&A processes (O2C, R2R, FP&A), automation tools, and visualization platforms.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
