Job Title: Customer Support Associate - International BPO (Voice/Non-Voice)Location: Bangalore, Mumbai, PuneShift: Rotational shifts (including night shifts)Experience: 0 years - Freshers (2024 pass-outs only)Job Responsibilities :- Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from international customers while ensuring accurate logging of each interaction in the system.- Provide support to candidates during the recruitment process (e.g., new applicants, rehires) as per standard operating procedures.- Guide users through the self-service portal and assist with navigation support.- Conduct security verifications in line with internal policies and GDPR compliance.- Make outbound calls when required as per client and company communication guidelines.- Maintain exceptional call quality, data accuracy, and productivity benchmarks.- Communicate effectively with peers and supervisors to foster a collaborative team environment.- Follow all personnel and operational policies, including attendance, code of conduct, and escalation protocols.- Ensure process documentation (DTPs, Knowledgebase, SharePoint) is accurate and up to date.- Provide first-contact resolution to deliver outstanding customer service and minimize escalations.Required Skills & Knowledge :- Basic knowledge of ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred), ERP platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach.Preferred Skills :- Internship or academic project experience in customer service, BPO, or support roles (optional).- Freshers from 2024 batch with strong communication and learning abilities are highly encouraged to apply.Key Personal Attributes :- Flexible and open to rotational shifts (including night shifts).- Positive attitude with strong team spirit and adaptability.- Ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain high accuracy.- Punctual, disciplined, and detail-oriented.- Customer-focused, result-driven, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.- High integrity, professionalism, and a passion for service excellence.
