- Lead and manage end-to-end testing for telecom applications including CRM (Siebel), billing (Kennan), and integration platforms (Webmethods)
- Analyze telecom business and technical requirements to create detailed test plans and test cases
- Execute manual test cases for functional, regression, integration, and system testing
- Design, develop, and execute test cases for APIs and web services using tools like Postman or SOAP UI
- Validate telecom-specific features such as call flows, billing, provisioning, and network configurations for mobile (GSM), fixed line, broadband and TV products
- Manage test cycles and defect tracking using JIRA
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA leads to ensure test coverage and quality
- Participate in test strategy discussions and contribute to continuous process improvement
- Perform SQL queries for backend validation and data integrity checks
- Ensure test coverage across multiple channels (CRM, online portals, mobile apps)
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives
- Participate and represent teams in various forums like status calls, defect triages, test case and test approach walkthroughs, etc
- 4-6 years of experience in software testing, preferably in the telecom domain
- Strong knowledge of BSS/OSS systems including Siebel CRM and Kennan billing
- Proficient in API testing and automation frameworks
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Webmethods, and SQL
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
