What Work You Will be Responsible For: You manage relationships with all vendors, including negotiating contracts and managing budgets. You manage office assets, office supplies, and furniture. You handle administrative tasks, managing travel arrangements, office related events management, and maintaining records. Manage Transport facility of female employees. Coordination with employees on regular basis related to travel management You oversee the purchasing process, including placing orders, tracking inventory, and managing budgets. Basic Qualifications For The Opportunity You have proven 4+ yrs. of work experience in office management, office operations, office administration & office travel & event management. You have a bachelor's degree in commerce or a related field. You have excellent organizational and time management skills. You are experienced in vendor management and purchasing. You can work independently and in a team environment. You have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. You have strong communication skills.
