Job descriptionSenior Architect with 18 to 24 years of experience in high-rise residential and commercial projects to spearhead project design, business strategy, and coordination efforts. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker who can seamlessly integrate architectural vision with business objectives while ensuring effective collaboration with external consultants, project teams, and stakeholders. The successful candidate will also oversee drawing execution processes and prioritize the preservation of as-built drawings to uphold project integrity and facilitate future maintenance and renovations.Responsibilities:

Project Design and Business Strategy
Play a pivotal role in shaping the success of high-rise residential and commercial projects through strategic design leadership, effective coordination, and meticulous attention to detail.
Lead the development of project design strategies that align with client objectives, market trends, and business goals, ensuring innovative solutions that enhance project value and competitiveness.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project scopes, budgets, and timelines, leveraging architectural expertise to optimize project profitability and client satisfaction.
Coordination with External Consultants:
Coordinate consultant deliverables, review submissions for compliance with project requirements, and resolve any design conflicts or discrepancies in a timely manner.
Drawing Execution:
Oversee the preparation and execution of architectural drawings, specifications, and documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
Implement quality control measures to uphold drawing standards and minimize errors, collaborating with project teams to address feedback and revisions as needed.
Coordination with the Projects Team:
Work closely with the projects team to ensure alignment of design intent with project execution, providing guidance and support to mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize project delivery.
Foster a collaborative and cohesive working environment, promoting open communication, knowledge sharing, and cross-functional teamwork to achieve project objectives efficiently.
Preservation of As-Built Drawings:
Develop and implement processes for the preservation and maintenance of accurate as-built drawings and project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure that as-built drawings are updated regularly to reflect changes made during construction and post-construction phases, facilitating future maintenance, renovations, and facility management activities.

Minimum Requirements:

B.Arch. with 18 to 25 years of experience in High-rise residential & commercial projects in a real estate builder firm or Architectural consultant firm.
Excellent communications and coordination skills.
