- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation, design, and launch to post-launch evaluation and continuous improvements.
- Oversee the use of agile methodologies to rapidly iterate and deliver new P&C products or enhancements to existing products.Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, distribution, and customer service teams to ensure effective go-to-market strategies and sales enablement tools are in place.Pricing & Financial Performance:
- Lead the pricing strategy for P&C products to ensure profitability, competitiveness, and market fit.Digital Distribution and Go-to-Market Strategy:
