Role OverviewWe are looking for a high-performing B2B Sales Manager to drive group bookings and institutional tie-ups across India. You will drive revenue growth through corporate (startups) offsites, campus travel, and travel operator tie-ups across our pan-India hostel network.Key Responsibilities- Own and drive B2B sales across corporates, colleges.- Identify and close group bookings from:- Startups and SMEs (workation, retreats, offsites)- Colleges (fest trips, study tours)- Pitch and convert institutional accounts (EdTechs)- Manage end-to-end sales funnel - from outreach to closure- Collaborate with event, ops, and marketing teams for execution- Maintain deal pipeline in CRM- Represent the company at travel fairs, campus meets, startup eventsWho You Are- 5-6 years of B2B sales experience (hospitality/travel preferred)- Hands-on experience in group travel, hostel sales, or retreats- Strong network in startups and campus ecosystem- Confident in pitching, negotiating, and closing high-value deals- CRM fluent, field-ready, and self-motivated (ref:updazz.com)
