Experience: 1 - 4 Year🎯 Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner
Handle multi-line phone systems and route calls appropriately
Manage appointment scheduling and meeting room bookings
Maintain visitor logs and follow security procedures
Coordinate courier services and manage incoming/outgoing mail
Maintain front office records and documentation
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
Support HR/Admin department in daily operations
Handle basic customer queries and resolve issues professionally
Ensure reception area is clean and well-maintained🎓 Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
2–5 years of experience as a Receptionist / Front Desk Executive
Experience in handling high call volumes and customer interaction💡 Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Strong multitasking and time management skills
Ability to handle confidential information
