As a Senior Manager for Source to Pay area you will oversee the end-to-end Source to Pay solutions, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and driving process improvements. You will also be responsible for leading, architecting, designing, and implementing end to end processes and capabilities in this space. As a Sr. Manager within our Technology team, this role will help guide the transition from our worldwide ERP instance on SAP ECC to the S/4HANA Intelligent Enterprise, along with the successful migration of the other S2P integrated systems.Provide vision and strategy to advance the Source to Pay (S2P), Treasury, and Tax capabilitiesLead overall design, architecture, and manage large, diverse teams within a matrixed organization and collaborate geographicallyCollaborate with business SMEs, System Architects and Product Owners to understand requirements and translate them into Functional specificationsOversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle, solution delivery and transitionEnsure alignment of SAP S/4HANA solutions with business goals and leading practicesManage the implementation and operational management of Source to Pay processesParticipate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to deliver and sustainEnsure compliance with financial regulations and internal policiesParticipate in audits and proactive research for continuous financial improvementsAbility to lead and resolve complex issues across a distributed landscapeDevelop innovative solutions that drive speed to value via AI/ML and leading control practicesWhat we expect of youWe are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients. Come join a team that is passionate about innovation and making life better with technology!Basic Qualifications (Must Have):Doctorate degree / Master's degree / Bachelor's degree and 12 to 17 years of relevant SAP experience.Experience in leading complex architecture, design and configuring all aspects of Source pay solutions at a global scale part of S/4HANAHands-on experience in configuring: S/4HANA sourcing & Procurement, Ariba Procure to Pay, Cloud Integration gateway (CIG), and SAP Business NetworkHands-on experience in configuring all aspects of S/4HANA Accounts Payable & Receivable, Treasury, Tax, and Cash Management etc.Experience in people management and leading matrixed teams, and passion for mentorship, culture and fostering the development of talentPreferred Qualifications (Good-to-Have):Good understanding of cross functional interdependencies from other value streams (i.e. Plan to Stock, Order to Cash, etc.)Experience working in an agile environment as a product owner and familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)Proficiency in Blackline and any Financial reporting toolsStrong track record of mentoring junior technology talentProfessional Certifications:Relevant SAP S/4HANA (preferred)Relevant SAP Ariba Procure to Pay solutions (preferred)Relevant SAP S/4HANA Finance (preferred)ITIL and SAFE (Preferred)Soft Skills:Able to work under minimal supervisionExcellent analytical and troubleshooting skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsHigh degree of initiative and self-motivationAbility to manage multiple priorities successfullyTeam-oriented, with a focus on achieving team goalsStrong presentation and public speaking skillsWhat you can expect of usAs we work to develop treatments that take care of others, we also work to care for your professional and personal growth and well-being.
