& interpersonal skills. Job Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Production
Incharge (AGM/DGM level) for managing and overseeing the complete
production of professional lighting products like Street Lights,
Solar Lights, and 2x2 Panel Lights. The ideal candidate will lead
day-to-day production operations, improve efficiency, enforce safety protocols,
and ensure line balancing and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:·
Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
to meet output targets.·
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities, ensuring smooth
operations and minimal downtime.·
Monitor production metrics and ensure adherence to planned quantity
and quality per shift.·
Continuously identify areas for process improvement, implement Kaizens,
and drive cost reduction initiatives.·
Collaborate with R&D, Sales, and Quality teams to ensure
seamless and synchronized operations.·
Lead and monitor product assembly of professional lighting
products:·
Street Lights·
Solar Lights·
2x2 Panel Lights·
Ensure assembly line balancing to optimize manpower and enhance
productivity.·
Promote and enforce safety standards and practices in the
production area.·
Contribute to the companys annual budgeting and business
