We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager/Senior Manager - Solar Module Sales to join our growing renewable energy team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B solar module sales, deep industry connections, and a passion for sustainable energy solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales of solar PV modules across designated regions (domestic/international as applicable).- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects, and convert leads into long-term business relationships.- Identify and engage with EPC companies, project developers, IPPs, and distributors to generate demand.- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, pricing models, and negotiation tactics.- Work closely with internal teams such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the solar sector.- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and strategic plans for market expansion.- Attend industry exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings as required.Required Qualifications & Skills:- Minimum 5 years of experience in solar module sales (B2B).- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the solar industry.- Strong network of industry contacts in the renewable energy ecosystem.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.- Willingness to travel as per business needs.Preferred Background:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.- Experience working with Tier-1 solar module manufacturers or distributors.
