Job Description:
We are seeking a visionary and highly experienced Head Training to spearhead training initiatives across
the K12 education domain. This senior leadership role demands expertise in designing large-scale training
strategies, building robust training ecosystems and driving capacity development for educators, school
leaders, and administrators across India.
The ideal candidate will possess 15+ years of progressive experience in training design, delivery, and
leadership within education, with a proven ability to blend strategic vision and operational excellence. This
role requires strong stakeholder management, policy alignment, and extensive travel across India to
ensure consistent and impactful training implementation.Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Training Vision
- Define the long-term training and capacity-building strategy for the K12 ecosystem, aligned with
- Establish frameworks and policies for training excellence, ensuring scalability, consistency, and
- Champion innovation in teacher training by integrating global best practices, cutting-edge
Training Needs Identification & Organizational Alignment
- Lead enterprise-wide training needs assessments in partnership with senior leadership, academic
- Translate organizational objectives into actionable training roadmaps that address skills, pedagogy,
- Anticipate future skill demands and proactively align training programs to evolving educational
- Architect large-scale, multi-level training programs (educators, principals, administrators) that
- Institutionalize blended and digital learning methodologies, ensuring accessibility, inclusivity, and
- Establish a robust repository of training modules, frameworks, and best practices adaptable to
Research, Innovation & Content Excellence
- Drive R&D efforts to ensure training content is future-ready, incorporating NEP 2020, global
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, academic councils, and external partners to create high-
- Promote continuous improvement through pilot projects, innovation labs, and feedback-driven
Assessment, Impact Measurement & Analytics
- Oversee the design and implementation of advanced assessment frameworks to evaluate training
- Leverage data analytics and reporting tools to generate insights on educator performance, student
- Ensure training interventions are ROI-driven, measurable, and demonstrably linked to school
Training Delivery & Stakeholder Engagement
- Lead a team of master trainers and regional training managers to deliver impactful, engaging, and
