With over a decade of experience in delivering value-driven solutions, we are now expanding our training division to empower the next generation of BIM professionalsJob Overview:We are looking for a proactive and skilled BIM Implementation Specialist to lead the development and execution of BIM strategies across projects. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in BIM tools, standards, and coordination practices to ensure effective collaboration and model management throughout the project lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEP/BXP)
  • Implement and enforce BIM workflows and company-wide standards
  • Facilitate coordination meetings and conduct model walkthroughs
  • Perform clash detection and lead issue resolution strategies
  • Ensure alignment with ISO 19650 / PAS 1192 and other relevant BIM standards
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams on BIM best practices
  • Meeting facilitation and stakeholder communication
RequirementsRequired Software Skills:
  • Autodesk Revit
  • Navisworks
  • AutoCAD
  • Dynamo (for Revit automation)
  • BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
