  • Asset Servicing (AS) team is part of the Markets and Securities Services Operations functions.
  • AS team processes all voluntary and mandatory corporate action (including Income processing) across various UK, Europe and MENA jurisdiction.
  • The department is also responsible for data validation for Equity and UK income collectives and capital mandatory corporate action. Team is divided into mainly three sub-groups - corporate action team (processes all capital voluntary & mandatory corporate action), Income processing team (processes Income for Dividend, Coupon interest payment & Pool factor processing) and corporate action validation team (validates corporate action for Equity, UK Income collectives, Capital mandatory corporate action).
  • Responsible for team’s performance relating to completion of valuations packs of fund portfolios as per PLA on timeliness & quality and BP’s contact on all process related issues resolution.
  • Oversee team’s performance relating to completion of valuations packs of fund portfolios as per PLA on timeliness & quality and ensure resolution of all process related issues.
  • Engage and contribute positively towards Change management and sustainable savings in relation to Process Efficiencies.
  • Ensure adherence to operating model that is followed Globally for institutional clients.
To be successful, you will:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or qualifications to accounting/finance industry. 3-5 years of relevant Funds administration experience.
  • Excellent Team Management skills with ability to handle personnel issues and strong team bonding. Complete understanding of Trade Life Cycle
  • Excellent knowledge of Capital Markets and Financial instruments. Excellent knowledge in accounting principles and fundamentals of accounting.
  • Clear understanding of the E2E Fund Accounting Model. Ability to update, manage and analyze MI related activities.
  • Understanding of Asset Services related Activities.
  • Working knowledge of Bloomberg and/or Telekurs/ICE/Request Builder and other related platforms.
  • Working knowledge on any one or all platforms including TLM, ICON, GCS, XCEPTOR, XSP etc.
