- Collect feedback from visiting corporates (technical panels and HR teams) and participating students after each placement drive; prepare and submit an Exit Report to the Office of Academic Affairs (OAA).
- Attend and present relevant industry feedback in all Board of Studies (BOS) / Pre-BoS meetings.
- Initiate and discuss potential areas of collaboration with visiting corporates and share insights with the CRC for further action.
- In coordination with relevant academic institutes and Academic affairs, oversee updates to curriculum and integrate industry-relevant courses/workshops/bootcamps/training based on the meeting discussions and reports.
- Coordinate faculty deployment and approval for training/workshops for faculty/students (internal and external), and maintain status records based on the meeting discussions with industry, in coordination with relevant academic institutes, keeping OAA in loop for information and record.
- Attend and represent CRC in online/offline meetings with industry representatives.
- Collaborate with Delhi CRC and Top Management to plan meetings and other events with industry.
- Follow-up on ATR (Action Taken Report):
Track implementation of suggested improvements or curriculum changes arising from feedback.
Coordinate with relevant academic and administrative units to ensure closure of all action points.Qualification:
- BTech/MTech CSE (Plus MBA preferred)
- 10 years relevant experience preferably in Industry or in Training & Placement
- Understanding of Academic Planning and Curriculum design
- Good written & verbal communication skills
