This role involves creating order processing workflows, configuring inventory management systems, and integrating with existing e-commerce platforms.Technical Skill Stack:

Data Handling: XML, XSLT, JSON

Framework: Dojo, Angular & Angular JS

Database: SQL (Oracle/DB2), Data Modeling, JDBC

OMS Config: Sterling Applications Manager, SMA, configuration deployment tool/CDT

DevOps: Git, GitHub, GitHub actions, Maven, Jenkins, Docker

Cloud / AKS: IBM Cloud, Kubernetes basics, YAML

Testing: JUnit, Mockito, JMeter

IBM Web Call Center V10: Order Search, Modify, Cancel, Returns, UI Extensions and Customization, Security Roles & Permissions
