The HRBP will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, ensuring alignment of HR practices with organizational goals. This role demands expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, retention strategies, and branch-level HR engagement. The candidate will also serve as a local HR lead, ensuring compliance, employee satisfaction, and seamless implementation of people strategies across locations.As an HRBP, you will play a pivotal role in managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to retention, while maintaining a strong culture of collaboration, performance, and growth. You will work closely with the leadership team to address workforce needs, employee concerns, and HR policies that drive both business and people success.Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Drive end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for assigned business units.
- Partner with managers to identify hiring needs and ensure timely sourcing of quality candidates.
- Build a strong talent pipeline through networking, referrals, and innovative hiring strategies.
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor for employees and managers on HR policies, workplace practices, and conflict resolution.
- Address employee grievances in a timely and professional manner.
- Implement employee engagement programs to enhance morale and strengthen organizational culture.
- Employee Retention & Development
- Monitor employee turnover and develop retention initiatives.
- Conduct stay interviews, exit interviews, and suggest corrective actions to reduce attrition.
- Support performance management cycles, learning initiatives, and career development discussions.
- Branch Visits & Local HR Leadership
- Conduct regular branch visits to assess HR implementation, employee needs, and compliance practices.
- Serve as the local HR head for assigned regions, ensuring alignment with corporate HR policies.
- Partner with branch leadership to ensure effective workforce management and employee satisfaction.
- HR Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and organizational guidelines.
- Prepare and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and metrics for management review.
- Support audits and ensure documentation is up to date.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of HRBP or HR generalist experience with proven exposure to talent acquisition, employee relations, and retention strategies.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build trust, influence decisions, and collaborate across teams.
- Experience in conducting branch visits and acting as the local HR head is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
