- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters.
- Proactively address employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards.
- Build a culture of openness, trust, and transparency across branches.
- Implement strategies to improve employee engagement, job satisfaction, and retention rates.
- Conduct regular surveys, one-on-one interactions, and focus groups to understand employee sentiment.
- Collaborate with managers to create employee recognition and career development initiatives.
- Track retention metrics and recommend solutions to reduce attrition.
- Act as a strategic HR partner to local branch heads, offering guidance on people-related strategies.
- Work closely with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support workforce planning, productivity, and branch growth.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for branch-level and regional roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and build effective sourcing strategies.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and ensure timely hiring to support business needs.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of talent for critical and recurring roles.
- Conduct regular visits to assigned branches to understand workplace dynamics, employee challenges, and cultural alignment.
- Provide on-ground HR support, ensuring consistent implementation of HR policies and practices.
- Lead orientation and induction programs during branch visits for new hires.
- Identify areas of improvement and recommend initiatives to strengthen branch-level operations.
- Experience: 4–6 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a generalist HR role.
- Strong expertise in employee relations, retention, talent acquisition, and stakeholder management.
- Hands-on experience in conducting branch visits and managing HR operations across multiple locations.
- Solid understanding of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and local leadership.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive and empathetic approach.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
