Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-person meetings with potential clients to present products and services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Acquire new customers while managing repeat orders from existing clients.
Maintain accurate CRM data and conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and customers.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and successfully close sales deals.
Coordinate with the dispatch and logistics team to ensure smooth deliveries.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales campaigns and strategies.Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in lead generation, negotiation, and closing sales.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Excellent communication skills and strong follow-up ability.
