About Marketing
The Marketing Department plays a vital role in promoting the Axis Brand and building scale for subsidiaries. The Key role of the marketing function is to influence consumer behavior & help the various businesses of the bank achieve their business goals by developing a cohesive brand & marketing strategy that drives awareness, affinity & therefore consideration for Brand Axis. Marketing department is also the custodian of Brand Axis, (i.e.) What does the Brand stand for, Our Brand Philosophy etc. .
About the Role
The primary responsibility of the role is to plan, Strategies & Execute Large Tent Pole Digital Campaign to Driving Different Objectives. The candidate will also be responsible for analyzing Campaign Performance, identify New Platforms and promotions opportunities. Lastly the candidate will be responsible Efficient Digital Media Buy & provide Leadership & Subject expertise for all digital promotions .
Key ResponsibilitiesThe role includes� Identify social Media Promotion opportunities and create relevant strategy across platform to drive the KPI.� Develop overall Digital Media strategy aligned with short-term and long-term targets for brand and marketing campaigns� Systematically analyze, design, develop, and test/revise the Digital Campaign Performance� Develop, track & report key KPIs (e.g) Increase in engagement, Reach, Traffic, Visits.� Manage Budget allocations Across platforms� Day �to- day Campaign Management and promoting Tactical campaigns driving the desired Brand and Product KPIs
QualificationsOptimal qualification for success on the job is:� Experience in Social Media Promotions & Driving digital promotions in the previous organization� 8+ �years of experience in social media marketing with measurable outcomes. Should have media strategies & media planning skillsPrior experience of working in an agency.
