Sun Pharma Consumer Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Manager - social media & Influencer Marketing to strengthen brand relevance, engagement, and social impact across Consumer Health brands.
- Lead social media Centre of Excellence (COE) -for consumer health, driving platform-native content strategy, influencer ecosystem development, and community growth across brands and NPDs.
- The role will focus on building scalable content, improving engagement, brand relevance and transitioning influencer marketing from tactical execution to a strategic growth driver.
- The role requires a balance of creative thinking and execution rigor, with ability to operate effectively across multiple brands.
- Develop annual and quarterly social media strategies across Consumer Health brands.
- Define content pillars, brand narratives, and channel-wise communication architecture.
- Oversee daily content planning, publishing calendars, and campaign rollouts.
- Ensure platform-native content strategy across key platforms.
- Lead social listening and insights mining to shape content direction.
- Lead development of platform-native content formats (short-form, long-form, static) aligned to brand narratives.
- Partner with creative agencies to conceptualize and deliver high-quality content across formats (videos, reels, product stories, etc).
- Build content workflows that ensure speed, agility, and brand consistency.
- Own content quality, tonality, messaging guidelines, and platform-specific creative optimization.
- Build a structured influencer ecosystem across brands
- Design influencer role within full-funnel strategy
- Identify, onboard, negotiate, and manage influencers across tiers
- Build influencer strategies for core brands and NPDs, category stories, brand RTBs, and campaigns.
- Track influencer ROI: engagement, reach, Earned Media Value, sentiment, and conversion impact.
- Develop a sustainable creator engine for always-on content.
- Translate community insights into content and campaign improvement.
- Define and oversee community engagement frameworks: response guidelines and escalation protocols.
- Define and monitor response quality and turnaround SLA's.
- Drive follower growth, sentiment improvement, and active community participation.
- Manage consumer escalations with brand teams.
- Drive platform-native content strategies to improve brand discoverability across social platforms.
- Leverage trends, formats, and creator collaborations to scale organic reach and discoverability.
- Partner with E-commerce team to ensure alignment of content across commerce touchpoints (A+ content, PDP visuals, creator-led assets).
- Align brand presence across social and commerce for consistent storytelling.
- Collaborate with SEO agency to develop content (blogs, videos, Q&A) that supports organic visibility, search performance, and evolving AI-driven and answer-based discovery ecosystems.
- Own measurement and optimisation of social and influencer performance across campaigns:
- Engagement Rate
- Follower & Community Growth
- Engagement rate vs benchmarks
- Influencer earned media value
- Content output & turnaround
- Build weekly, monthly dashboards with actionable recommendations.
- Identify trends, format innovations, and growth levers.
- Collaborate with Brand, E-commerce, Creative & Insights
- Manage and drive performance across external ecosystem partners (social, influencer, and production agencies).
- Ensure seamless integration of social content with 360° brand campaigns.
- Strong understanding of platform algorithms, content formats, and audience behaviour.
- Proven experience managing creators/influencers end-to-end.
- Hands-on experience in content calendar planning, creative briefing, and production workflows.
- Familiarity with social analytics tools.
- Strong creative judgment with an eye for storytelling, formatting and visual language.
- Excellent stakeholder management and agency leadership skills.
- Ability to interpret consumer insights and convert them into content strategy.
