- Develop in-depth knowledge of Cembre Cable Entry Systems including cable glands, connectors, and accessories.
- Provide technical support to customers, consultants, and internal sales teams.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
- Assist in product selection based on application requirements.
- Promote Cembre products to OEMs, panel builders, EPC contractors, and end-users.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base.
- Support sales team in achieving revenue targets.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and follow up with clients.
- Analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer needs.
- Identify new applications and industries for cable entry systems (e.g., power, oil & gas, railways, manufacturing).
- Work closely with marketing for product positioning and campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Address customer queries, complaints, and technical issues effectively.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with principals (Cembre) for technical updates and product training.
- Maintain sales reports, pipeline updates, and market feedback.
- Assist in inventory planning and forecasting.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
- 4-5 years of experience in industrial products, cable accessories, or electrical components
- Experience in handling cable glands, connectors, or cable entry systems preferred
- Strong technical understanding of cable management systems
- Good communication and presentation skills
