- Communicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB’s offering and strategy.
- Ensuring efficient marketing activities and communicating value proposition to customers.
- Identifying and facilitating the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.
- Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supports cash collection and project management activities, when needed.
- B.E./Diploma in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience in managing contractors, builders, architects, and installer channels.
- Proficient in customer engagement, channel partner management, and order generation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship building.
- Solid knowledge of Low Voltage Switchgear (LVSG) products and applications.
- Ability to enhance business development through effective channel handling and market coverage.
- Experience in identifying customer needs and supporting sales through technical understanding.
