Job Description We are looking for a Genesys IVR Developer , who will help us work on solutions and implement technologies that will improve user experience, to join our team. Responsibilities: Develop the IVR code from pre-defined requirements Develop, maintain and support complex solution requirements Work with Dialog modules for voice recognition, AI and authentication Participate in troubleshooting issues: analyzing logs and determining root cause Deal with voice and chat bots with the core voice and multimedia functionalities.
