Job Description We are looking for a Bot Developer to join our team, who will help us work on solutions and implementing technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of technologies, and programming languages through which Voice and Chat Bots are developed. A good understanding of dialog systems, Azure services, and development using Microsoft Bot Composer Framework is required. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy chatbots and voice bots utilizing leading Conversational AI platforms such as Microsoft Bot Framework, Google Dialogflow. Craft clean, efficient, and maintainable code adhering to industry best practices and standards. Develop custom components and tools to optimize the functionality and performance of our chatbot ecosystem. Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to meet project requirements and user expectations. Leverage natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML) techniques, including TTS, STT, and SSML, to enable our chatbots to comprehend and respond intelligently to user inputs. Integrate chatbot systems seamlessly with backend systems, databases, and APIs to facilitate smooth data exchange and interactions. Investigate and resolve complex technical issues by analysing logs and debugging code for continuous improvement. Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in chatbot development. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Bot development with 2 years of supervisory experience. Strong experience in developing BOTs using Azure Bot Framework. Conversational AI - ML Based Using Azure Cognitive Services. Conversational AI - ML Based services to build Conversational Bots using LUIS. Experience in working with Node.js, REST API calls, JSON, and systems integration. Expertise in integrating chat or messaging bots with APIs and other applications. Knowledge of design principles, including user experience (UX) and user interface (UI). Experience with version control systems such as Git. Experience in NLP (Natural Language Processing) & NLU (Natural Language. Understanding), ML (Machine Learning), Conversational AI. Experience with Google/Microsoft/Genesys, and relevant technologies such as Microsoft. Bot Composer, CCAI, Dialog flow ES, Dialog flow CX, GVP or Nuance Mix Tools is desired Ability to work with business and technology teams to build and deploy an analytical solution as per client needs. Ability to multi-task, solve problems, and think strategically. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Nice to have: Familiarity with cloud-based environments such as AWS or Azure.
