The role involves managing and cultivating donor relationships.Key Responsibilities:Donor Cultivation & Stewardship
- Build and maintain strong relationships with individual donors, corporate partners, and foundations.
- Develop tailored engagement plans to increase donor retention and lifetime value.
- Oversee donor recognition and stewardship programs.
- Research and identify grant opportunities.
- Prepare compelling grant proposals and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate fundraising staff and volunteers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with program, finance, and communications teams.
- Proven fundraising experience.
- Strong understanding of donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship practices.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including proposal writing.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
- Relationship builder with strong networking abilities.
- Results-oriented and a data-driven decision-maker.
