  • To maintain existing clients and supporting Primary – Secondary market research efforts.
  • To develop new clients and negotiating with them for securing profitable business.
  • To meet Architects/Builders/Interior Designer to specify the products.
  • To supervise Market and exploring new avenues for business and conducting competitor analysis to track the market record.
  • To demonstrate Product features and competitive justification of products.
  • To promote Company’s brands in various Governments, Corporates etc. and getting the products specified.
  • To implement, and obtain feedback on various sales promotional activities
  • To provide service to key account relations which includes Dealers / Architect / Interiors / Builders / Corporates, etc.
  • To follow the sales process and proactively respond to the sales enquires personally.
  • To prepare business MIS reports on activities and provide to management.
  • To do weekly self review and self corrections for improving personal productivity
RequirementsKey Skills - Developing strong business relationships with customers & converting prospects to customers, Ability to generate inquiries. Products demonstration & Market Analysis.Soft skills - Product & Market Knowledge, Business Conversation Skill, Computer Literacy
