Key Responsibilities :- Generate qualified opportunities by prospecting and researching assigned regions/markets.- Source and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and emails.- Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process.- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure brand consistency and support sales growth.- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.- Manage a quota of accounts closed per quarter.- Initiate conversations with prospects, conduct product demonstrations, and support conversions.- Handle the full account cycle from lead generation to closure.Requirements & Skills :- Proven experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools to generate opportunities.- Strong understanding of outbound sales processes and performance metrics (calls, emails, qualified leads, meetings, pipeline).- Ability to design persona-based email sequences and engagement strategies.- Experience in personalized, value-driven outreach with prospects.- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.- Proficiency with MS Office, LinkedIn, and Sales CRM tools.- 1-3 years of B2B SaaS sales experience (mandatory)..- Ability to set up meetings, deliver product demos, and close deals.- Capability to drive full sales cycles including lead generation, qualification, presentations, and demos.What We Offer :- Opportunity to work with a fast-growing SaaS product.- Exposure to global markets and enterprise-level sales cycles.- A collaborative, growth-oriented workplace.
