Company: Della Luxury ProductsAbout the Role:We are seeking a visionary and highly experienced Head of Design (Luxury Interiors) to lead our design team and drive the creation of world-class luxury interior solutions for Della Luxury Products. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, innovation, and deep expertise in high-end interior design to elevate the brand's design philosophy across residential, hospitality, and bespoke luxury projects.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end design process for luxury interior projects, from concept development to execution.
- Develop and maintain the brand's design language, ensuring alignment with the luxury positioning of Della Luxury Products.
- Collaborate with senior management, architects, project managers, and clients to deliver bespoke and innovative design solutions.
- Oversee and mentor a team of interior designers, ensuring excellence in creativity, detailing, and delivery.
- Research global trends in luxury interiors, materials, finishes, and furniture to integrate the latest innovations.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and uncompromised quality.
- Conduct design reviews and provide creative direction to achieve international design standards.
- Work closely with procurement and vendors to source premium materials, furnishings, and finishes.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and sustainability practices where applicable.
- Strong portfolio of luxury residential, hospitality, or high-end commercial projects.
- Expertise in space planning, material selection, detailing, and furniture design.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide creative teams.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Revit, or equivalent).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Strong network of vendors, suppliers, and craftsmen in the luxury interiors domain.
