- Define and implement the strategic roadmap for the SBU in line with the overall vision of Della Group.
- Build and scale product categories (lights, paints, bathrooms, hotel supplies , tiles , safes etc.) with a strong focus on revenue growth and profitability.
- Drive go-to-market strategies, category expansions, and new product launches.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and product lines.
- Own the P&L responsibility of the SBU, ensuring top-line growth and bottom-line profitability.
- Optimize business operations, pricing, and margins.
- Oversee supply chain, vendor management, and procurement to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
- Drive business development with key architects, designers, builders, and corporate clients.
- Expand dealer/distributor network and strengthen retail presence.
- Work closely with marketing to build strong brand positioning, campaigns, and customer engagement strategies.
- Represent the SBU in industry exhibition events etc.
- Oversee large-scale luxury projects and ensure seamless product integration (lights, paints bathrooms and other products brands )within timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with internal project teams, consultants, and clients to deliver world-class solutions.
- Monitor execution quality and client satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across sales, marketing, operations, and projects.
- Build a performance-driven culture with clear KPIs and accountability.
- Foster collaboration across different departments and SBUs.
- Stay updated with global luxury product trends, competitor analysis, and consumer insights.
- Introduce innovative product concepts and technologies to strengthen the brand portfolio.
- Build relationships with international and domestic product manufacturers for collaborations.
- MBA / Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in luxury interior products & projects, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong exposure to handling multiple categories (lighting, paints, bathrooms, building materials, or other luxury product brands).
- Proven track record of P&L ownership, scaling SBUs, and managing large teams.
- Excellent relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, and high-net-worth clients.
- Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and execution capability.
- You are also eligible for an incentive plan above your fixed monthly gross CTC.
