- Recruitment & Onboarding: Source candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment.
- HR Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, and update them as needed.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement programs to improve morale and productivity.

- Administrative Tasks: Maintain employee records, manage payroll, and administer benefits programs.
- Training & Development: Plan and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Develop and manage compensation and benefits packages.
- Oversee the termination process and conduct exit interviews.
- Manage employee attendance and leave requests.
- Handle workplace safety issues and ensure a safe work environment.
- Supervise HR department operations and team members.
- Monitor and manage HR budgets.
- Stay updated on HR industry trends and best practices.
- Participate in HR projects and strategic initiatives.
