Join a global team headquartered in Barcelona, with offices in Dubai, Singapore, Mexico, Turkey, India… and more!Here, your work truly matters — and so do you.🎯 What's your mission?We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist / HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, support employee lifecycle processes, and ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures.🛠️Here’s what you’ll be rocking every day1. Recruitment & Onboarding· Manage recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, offer rollout).· Conduct onboarding and induction programs for new hires.· Maintain recruitment tracker and candidate database.2. Employee Lifecycle Management· Handle employee documentation (offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation, etc.).· Manage employee records and HRMS updates.· Manage full & final settlements formalities.3. Payroll & Compensation Support· Comprehensive management of employee payroll pre-processing control.· Maintain attendance and leave record data.· Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).4. Employee Engagement & Relations· Organize employee engagement activities and events.· Address employee grievances and maintain healthy work culture.· Support performance appraisal processes.5. Compliance & Policy Implementation· Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.· Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and SOPs.· Maintain statutory registers and documentation.✅ What you need to shine in this roleExperience: 2 to 4 years of relevant HR experience.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred).English: Intermediate to advanced level.Skills: Strong Communication and Interpersonal skillsCompetency and Knowledge: Experience with HRMS tools, Payroll and knowledge of Labor Laws and Statutory Compliance.✨ What do we offer you at Eurofragance?
