As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business growth within the 3PL logistics and contract sales domain. This role involves identifying and qualifying leads, developing and presenting compelling solutions to prospective clients, and managing the sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure. You will collaborate closely with our consulting and operations teams to design customized solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients, ultimately contributing to the expansion of our market presence and revenue generation.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the 3PL logistics and contract sales sectors to build a robust sales pipeline.- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.- Conduct thorough needs assessments and develop customized solutions proposals for prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of Tirwin's services.- Present solutions and proposals to key decision-makers, effectively communicating the benefits and ROI of partnering with Tirwin.- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and long-term partnerships.- Manage and nurture client relationships, providing ongoing support and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.- Collaborate with internal teams, including consulting, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM system.Required Skillset:- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close deals in the 3PL logistics and contract sales space.- Proven expertise in developing and presenting solutions-based proposals to C-level executives.- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles, warehouse operations, and logistics processes.- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in contract negotiation and account management.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
