Job Roles and Responsibilities:Compliance:Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements under IFSCA, SEBI AIF Regulations, and other applicable laws.Monitor and maintain compliance registers, filings, and reporting obligations to IFSC and SEBI.Draft and review compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls.Liaise with regulatory authorities, legal counsel, auditors, and custodians.Support audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews and ensure timely response and implementation of recommendations.AIF Operations:

Assist in the operational lifecycle of Alternative Investment Funds (Category I/II/III) including fund setup documentation.
Coordinate with fund administrators for NAV calculations, capital calls, distribution notices, and investor reporting.
Support in maintaining accurate fund records, reconciliation, and MIS reporting.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of regulatory, investor, and internal reports.
Manage onboarding of investors including KYC, FATCA, and AML compliance.

Qualification and Experience:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce/Finance/Law/CA/CS/MBA.Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance, fund operations, or AIFs preferably within a fund management entity or related financial institution.Strong understanding of SEBI AIF Regulations, Companies Act, FEMA, and IFSCA guidelines.Hands-on experience with fund documentation, investor reporting, and regulatory filings.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
