Associate, Creator Partnerships

• Identify, plan, and recruit high-potential creators across social media channels to strengthen the partner program.
• Track creator performance using analytics tools; review KPIs and provide actionable feedback to drive content quality and impact.
• Act as the main point of contact for Free Fire MAX content creators, addressing queries related to content, gameplay, or events on a day-to-day basis.
• Ensure creator-generated content aligns with brand guidelines.
• Plan and execute creator-led campaigns, tournaments, and events that boost community engagement and brand visibility.
• Coordinate with internal teams to streamline creator collaborations, content approvals, and campaign execution.
• Support the planning and execution of offline creator engagement events.

• Final-year students or recent graduates with a minimum of 6 months' experience in influencer/creator management or social media marketing internships.
• Good understanding of content trends and experience in tracking and analyzing digital performance metrics.
• Passionate about gaming with familiarity with Free Fire MAX or similar competitive titles.
• Able to manage a wide variety of creator relationships.
• Fluent in both English and Hindi (spoken and written).
